4.3. You can also request the deletion of your account in the Online Store.

After receiving such a request or inquiry from you, we may ask you to fill out the necessary forms and provide a notarized copy of your identity document, which is necessary for us to verify your identity to avoid the disclosure of Personal data.
6.3. After receiving your request or inquiry regarding the processing of Personal data, we undertake to provide you with a response and perform the actions specified in the request no later than 1 month from the date of the request or inform you why we refuse to perform them. If necessary, this period may be extended by an additional 2 months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In such cases, we will inform you about the extension within 1 month from the date of receipt of the request.
6.4. If, upon your request, Personal data is deleted, we will retain only copies of the information that is necessary to protect our and other people’s legitimate interests, comply with the obligations of state institutions, resolve disputes, identify disruptions, or comply with any agreements you have made with us.
