RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. TERMS

1.1. Seller – 3DEra.lt, legal entity code 1299112, address Karaliaučiaus g. 28, LT-06263, Vilnius.

1.2. Online Store – this electronic store located at https://3dera.lt/shop.

1.3. You / Buyer – an individual, according to applicable laws, capable of entering into transactions, purchasing goods for personal use (non-business purposes).

1.4. Terms – these terms that establish the rules for the return and exchange of goods purchased in the Online Store.

1.5. Parties – Buyer and Seller together or separately.

1.6. Goods / Services – everything traded in the Online Store. The term ‘goods’ in these Terms includes both goods and services unless stated otherwise.

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. These Terms establish the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller regarding the return and exchange of goods purchased in the Online Store.

  1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

3.1. The Buyer has the right, without specifying the reason, to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery (receipt) of the goods in the Online Store, excluding contracts specified in Article 6.228(2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2. To return a quality product(s), the Buyer must inform the Seller in writing (by email) and fill out the return form, which can be found at https://3dera.lt/return-policy. The Buyer can also submit the specified return form when returning the goods. The Buyer must return the product(s) no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery (receipt) date.

3.3. For the proper packaging of quality products for return, the Buyer is responsible. The Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the Seller indicates otherwise after receiving notice of contract withdrawal.

3.4. Goods can be returned to the Omniva Vilnius MAXIMA parcel machine.

3.5. The Buyer will be refunded for the returned product, including the amounts paid for delivery, after the goods are returned to the Seller.

3.6. The Buyer will be refunded for the goods by bank transfer to the payment account.

3.7. The Seller is not considered to have violated the refund conditions if they cannot transfer the money due to the Buyer’s fault (delay in returning goods, inaccurate data, etc.).

3.8. When returning goods, the Buyer must adhere to these conditions:

3.8.1. The returned item must be in its original or another type of orderly packaging;

3.8.2. The returned item must be undamaged by the Buyer;

3.8.3. The returned item must be unused, not losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, protective film), this point does not apply if the item returned is of poor quality

3.8.4. The returned item must be of the same configuration as received by the Buyer;

3.8.5. When returning the item, it is necessary to provide the VAT invoice confirming its purchase and fill out the return request for the goods.

3.9. If the returned item is not fully assembled, damaged, untidy, and/or improperly packaged, the Seller has the right to reject the returned item and not refund the money paid by the Buyer for the returned item.

3.10. In the case of the sale of poor-quality goods, the Buyer may request the replacement of the defective goods with suitable ones, a reduction in the price of the goods, the return of the goods, and the reimbursement of the money paid for them. The replacement and return of poor-quality goods are carried out in accordance with these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.11. The Buyer cannot return goods for which the laws of the Republic of Lithuania do not provide for the possibility of return.

3.12. In the case of poorly provided services, the Buyer has the right to demand the elimination of shortcomings in the provision of services, a refund of the amount paid for the services, a reduction in the price of the services.

  1. FINAL PROVISIONS

4.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.

4.2. The Seller has the right, at its discretion, unilaterally, without additional notice, to change the Terms. The changes take effect from the moment of their publication in the Online Store and are binding on the Buyer who wants to use the Online Store.

4.3. The Seller may transfer its rights and obligations arising from these Terms to third parties at any time without the consent of the Buyer and without notifying the Buyer.

4.4. In case of disagreements between the Buyer and the Seller, they are resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes are finally resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.5. A consumer-buyer can submit a request and/or complaint regarding a product or service purchased in the Store to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, tel. 8 5 262 67 51, fax. 8 5 279 1466, email tarnyba@vvtat.lt, website www.vvtat.lt) or fill out the request form on the Electronic Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform, accessible at http://ec.europa.eu/odr/. This condition does not apply to Buyer-entrepreneurs.
